I basically have to ask the artist for what amounts to unlimited use rights on material (youtube, vimeo, facebook and other social networks, and my own websites) but will check with the artist before publishing sound – probably best by providing a sound track of the show to you before I start editing.

My process demands I pick the sequence of the edit but to allow the artist final control before the edit so songs that you do not want released are not worked on. The website maintain edit control of visual content (as it is photography). But if an artist wants a video withdrawn this will be done without question. In other words our artists trust manifestarts.co.uk to publish video work of their performances edited into a final product. We usually publish one or two performaces on youtube and they seem useful artsists.

Our aim is to create opportunities in art We do not charge fees, we create opportunities for increased business
